Eagle Scouts constructed this bird blind, the close-by South Loop Bridge and raised paths. The raised paths, which are wheelchair accessible, prevent damage to sensitive wetland plants.
The bird blind looks toward the pond across a marshy area.
Riparian Zone: Look for Watercress (Nasturtium officinale) and Fieldmint (Mentha arvensis) in the stream and on stream banks.
