Description A perennial that grows almost anywhere. The lower leaves are lance-like with a curly margin.
Mature Size 2 to 6 feet tall
Bloom It blooms from June to October with tiny red and green flowers that have 6 petals in a tall, dense inflorescence atop stem.
Interesting Facts Considered an invasive weed.
Traditional and Medicinal Uses The dried roots were used in herbal medicine for treatment of sluggish digestion or constipation. Leaves can be eaten when it first grows.
