| Description | This annual or biennial plant has hairy stems and leaves. The leaves are from ¾” to 6” long. The basal ones are broadest above the middle. The upper leaves are lance-shaped. |

| Bloom | Flowers from late spring through out the summer. The flower consists of four white to pink petals spreading upward and eight red anthers on white filaments pointing downward. |
